As an initiative group, we are entrusted with hard choices on occasion and choices that influence the whole association. We want our group to invite meaningful discussion and to consider each other responsible for what we’ve said means quite a bit to the organization. We can’t do that actually without trust in one another. One of our number one methods for building trust among colleagues is sharing stories over a break at a retreat. We can relax while also having a light banter on some interesting topics. We had a ball of our time at Uday Samudra, Kovalam with our family and peers. The soothing vibe of the place, astounding views, and great hospitality made our stay memorable.
